Next UN Human Rights Council Session


  • The 23rd Session of the UN Human Rights Council will be held in Geneva from May 7 to June 14, 2013. The 22nd Session of the Council focused on the human rights situation in Syria, Iran, North Korea, Burma, Mali, Libya, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Israel. The session also addressed important thematic areas such as incitement to national, racial or religious hatred; freedom of religion; human rights defenders; and torture.
