UN Human Rights Council Sessions

  • The 28th Session of the Human Rights Council will be held in Geneva from March 2-27, 2015. The Council will consider the human rights situation in a number of countries, among them Syria, Iraq, North Korea, Iran, Burma, and Sri Lanka. It will also consider the reports of a number of special rapporteurs on thematic issues including the right to freedom of religion or belief, the prohibition against torture, and the situation of human rights defenders.
